How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at contact@elctricbikes.com  with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with detailed return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will confirm your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Processing time is typically 3–10 business days after approval.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or wish to exchange for a different product, we are happy to arrange an exchange within 30 days. Please contact us for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used protective gear (helmets, pads, gloves)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale”

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@elctricbikes.com  with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
